Elżbieta Häuser-Schöneich

 

She has been involved in the insurance and financial markets for most of her career. Co-founder of the “direct” insurance market in Poland. In the years 2002–2005, member of the Link4 S.A. Management Board, responsible for the company’s business development, sales and marketing. In the years 2005–2008, Director of marketing and product for ING Nationale-Nederlanden Life Insurance Company. In the years 2008–2015, Vice Chair of the Aviva TUO S.A. Management Board, managing the group’s direct sales and marketing. Member of the Aviva TFI Supervisory Board. In the years 2015–2017, member of the T-Mobile Polska S.A. Management Board, responsible for the retail customer market. In the years 2019–2020, member of the PZU SA and PZU Życie SA Management Board, responsible for distribution strategy, retail sales management, CRM and digital transformation. Co-founder of Cleanstock clean-tech startup, which in 2023 was awarded a prize by the Minister of Economic Development and Technology. Since 2021, independent member of the Supervisory Boards of companies listed on the WSE. Co-author of the WEF Davos 2020 publication, titled “Building a More Resilient and Sustainable World; An action plan for insurance and asset management industry”. In 2010, she was awarded by PIU for her services to insurance. Involved in the activities of the “Presidents – Volunteers 2011” Coalition. Featured in the Forbes “50 Over 50” ranking in 2023. SNCRN member. As of 2023, Honorary Consul of St. Lucia in Poland.
